What this is

This is a hands-on program where you learn to use AI by building, not a theoretical course about what AI can do. It's also not a piece of software you download and run. It's a system you build for yourself, in Claude, that becomes a real part of how you work.

By the end, you'll have a structured setup that plans your days, processes your meeting notes, builds a knowledge base that grows over time, conducts an in-depth market analysis based on topics important to you, writes in your voice, and handles the admin you'd rather not do. The system starts by gathering content about you and conducting an in-depth interview, so what you build is tailored to your role, your sector, and the way you think.

Who it's for

People who want AI working as a real part of their practice, not as an occasional tool. Fractional executives, consultants, founders, and people running small businesses, startups, or mission-driven organizations. You don't need to be technical. You do need to be willing to engage, to learn how to use and interact with AI effectively.

All sessions run at 10am ET / 3pm UK / 5pm East Africa. Every session is recorded, so you won't lose anything if you miss one.

    Your knowledge base and getting your first sources in.

    The intelligence layer

    Your weekly source sweep, your voice profile, and your content workflow.

    Pulling it all together

    Automations, your dashboard, and a full system review.

    Recap and what's next

    A final session to recap, share what we've built, and talk about where to take it next.

Thursdays are guided build sessions where we work through the system together. Tuesdays are office hours for questions and sharing what you're building.

What you'll need

  • A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month). This is what runs the system. It's a separate subscription you'll set up directly with Anthropic, not included in the cohort fee.
  • A computer you're comfortable working on (Mac or Windows). No coding required.
  • Email and calendar you can connect (Gmail or Outlook, Google or Outlook calendar).
  • A meeting notes tool. I recommend Fathom, which has a free tier. We'll set this up together if you don't have one.

What's expected of you

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll be starting from a system I've spent several months building and refining, so the hard work of getting it to function is already done. Your job is to tailor it to how you work and to learn to use it well. The real value comes from learning how to use these tools effectively: how to engage with the AI, how to interrogate it, and how to push back so you get the results you want. Beyond the two hours of sessions each week, plan for an hour or two on your own to set up and tailor your system.

About Erica

I've spent more than twenty years building the operational backbone of organizations, as a Chief Operating Officer, a certified EOS Integrator, and before that as a CEO. Most of that work has been in global health and international development, helping mission-driven teams turn ambitious goals into systems that work.

Today I work as a fractional COO, partnering with founders and leaders of startups, small businesses, and nonprofits to build the operational and leadership infrastructure they need to grow. My work has always been about the same thing: taking something complex and making it run.

Over the last few months, that's included AI. As I built out my AI-driven operating system, I became AI-native, by which I mean AI is now embedded in the way I work, not a tool I reach for now and then. It's helped me achieve things I never thought possible, and changed both what I'm able to do and the quality of the work I produce. When I shared the system in two live walkthroughs, more than 350 people joined, and many asked me to help them build their own. This cohort is my answer to that.

I'm not a developer, and I didn't come to this as a technical person. I came to it as an operator who wanted AI woven into how I work. That's exactly the perspective I bring to teaching it.
